Job Description
Remove existing line-7 cooker and cooler and replace with new customer supplied units.
Project Summary
Remove and replace platforms, infeed/discharge can fittings, cable track, piping and concrete piers associated with the two units. Rework existing cable track lines along with can fittings to accommodate the new layout and units. The work also included modifying existing mass can conveyor feeding the lines with cable track work and can fitting gates.
KEY PROJECT TASKS
– Remove and replace existing equipment with customer supplied new equipment. – Remove and replace cable track feeding and taking away cans from units.
– Remove and replace can fittings feeding and taking away cans from units.
– Remove and replace piping supplying air, water, and steam to the units.
– Remove and reinstall access platforms surrounding the units.
– Modify existing conveyor, cable tracks and fittings to accommodate new layout.
